Workshops

I use the tools of Creative Arts Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, and Theater of the Oppressed (T.O.)

to engage, explore, and connect people around complex issues. 

The elements of play and creative flow can help us loosen up our defenses to more easily embrace vulnerability and new ideas.

T.O. and Creative Arts Therapies also offer a variety of structures for group exploration, which helps to guide and hold the group container.
